By accessing nsw2u.asia, creating an account, or using any of the Services offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with nsw2u's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nsw2u will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. nsw2u operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed:
Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request will result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
All nsw2u accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited to your nsw2u Wallet Balance within minutes of a confirmed transfer. nsw2u is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transfer confirmation details.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's processing times. nsw2u targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for standard withdrawals via e-wallet. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule. Withdrawals are only released to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified nsw2u account.
nsw2u operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Member's own name. nsw2u reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems suspicious and to delay or decline any withdrawal pending AML review. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal; the exact turnover requirement is displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
Third-Party Payments: Deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts belonging to third parties (including family members) are strictly prohibited. Any such transactions identified will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
nsw2u offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or turnover requirements). The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited alongside Bonus Funds are subject to the standard single-turnover withdrawal requirement described in Section 5.5.
nsw2u employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; placing offsetting bets across markets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements; and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited, and their account may be suspended.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account without compensation. nsw2u will not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Promotional Changes: nsw2u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Participation in a promotion does not create any entitlement to future promotional offers of the same or similar nature.
All bets and wagers placed on nsw2u are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel lottery, bingo, or scratch cards). nsw2u reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where a bet has been placed on an erroneous price or market.
